Marsh emptied due to REM tunnel boring machine

Part of the wetland that the REM tunnel was supposed to protect north of Montreal-Trudeau airport has dried up in recent weeks. Environmentalists said the Herons Marsh would have emptied by a hole created by the tunnel boring machine.
