Revolve Renewable Power Corp. (REVV-X), a Vancouver-based renewables developer and operator, has completed its acquisition of Calgary wind and solar developer WindRiver Power Corp. to build up its Canadian presence and team.

Recurrent closes financing for solar project in Mexico
