Toyota pledges $11 billion more for U.S. battery plant
Toyota said it would boost investment by $11 billion and add about 3,000 jobs at its electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant in North Carolina. The latest move brings its total investment in the plant to about $19.2 billion.

Heirloom, CarbonCure sign pact to store CO2 in concrete
Halifax-based CarbonCure Technologies and California's Heirloom have signed an agreement through 2025 to permanently store atmospheric CO2 captured by Heirloom’s direct air capture technology in concrete using CarbonCure’s carbon mineralization technologies. Heirloom uses limestone to pull CO2 from the air.
