Camrost developing Ontario’s tallest geothermal condo building

Camrost Felcorp’s award-winning Exchange District community will be home to Ontario’s tallest geothermal powered condominium. At 66 storeys, the building, which is known as EX3 and flaunts a blue rooftop, is one of four under development, two powered by geothermal energy.
