Consumers 'skeptical' of sustainability claims: Deloitte

Canadian consumers are skeptical about "sustainable" product claims made by companies, which jeopardizes opportunity in a growing market segment, according to a Deloitte Canada report. "Creating value from sustainable products" delves into the responses to products labelled as sustainable.
