Lion Electric defaults on debts, to seek creditor protection

The Lion Electric Company (LEV-T) announced this morning it expects to seek creditor protection after its credit and loan facilities expired, leading the electric vehicle manufacturer to discuss restructuring and a formal sales and investment process.

Labatt Breweries of Canada has made its largest investment in electrified transportation to date with the purchase of 10 battery-powered delivery trucks from Volvo servicing the Montreal area.
