Regulated utility FortisBC is putting out the feelers for power providers that can help the company add 1,100 gigawatt-hours (gW-h) of renewable and low-carbon energy to B.C.’s Southern Interior by 2030.

VulcanX to design green hydrogen plant with FortisBC funding

VulcanX Energy Corp. has received $2 million in funding from FortisBC's Clean Growth Innovation Fund to begin design and engineering work on a hydrogen plant that will harness natural gas to produce zero-emission hydrogen and solid carbon.
